We offer a $35-$55 sliding scale for initial appointments, and a $25-$45 sliding scale for returning appointments, which allows patients to determine what works for their budget.

The clinic is located inside the Leadville Post Office building at 130 W 5th St., Suite 122. To access the clinic, enter the Post Office, and go through the interior double glass doors. Free parking is available in the building's parking lot, and on W 5th St. Accessible parking is available for disability needs.
